Events Calendar 2024

Unless otherwise stated, the Bannock County Historical Society monthly board and general membership meetings are held in the Museum Gallery  at 3000 Ave. of the Chiefs. 

BCHS Board meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5 PM. This meeting is for the Society's elected board to conduct any needed business and coordinate with the staff that handle day to day operations at the Historical Complex. 

Monthly presentations are at 6 PM on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (September through May) as part of the BCHS General Membership meetings.  

The Fort Hall Replica Committee is a sub-committee of the BCHS Board that focuses on the Fort, Anderson Cabin, and Pocatello Junction. 

FHR Committee is currently undergoing reorganization. Interested Society Members who would like to be involved with the Fort and Pocatello Junction are encouraged to apply to be on the committee. 

Fort Hall Replica Summer Opening - May 18, 2024, 10-4

The Fort's summer opening event is scheduled!  Chili will be provided by the Yellowstone Restaurant, and rolls by the Texas Roadhouse.  We are actively seeking people with heritage skills to share at this event.  If you'd like to be involved please call 208-233-0434 and provide your information.  Committee meeting times are posted at the top of the page if you'd like to drop by in person with your offer of help.
